SSJ4 Vegeta as XENOVERSE Pre-Order Bonus only

Share This :

Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta was revealed as a pre-order only character for the upcoming Dragon Ball: XENOVERSE video game. Of course this upsets many people, because SSJ4 Goku is available regardless of pre-ordering. SSJ4 Vegeta’s unavailability to players who didn’t pre-order lowers the chances of a fan favorite character SSJ4 Gogeta on initial release, because if a fusion system is implemented players would most likely need to have SSJ4 Vegeta ready and loaded. It is likely that since only half of the SSJ4 duo will be available to players who didn’t pre-order, a plan to include more GT related characters VIA Downloadable Content will be implemented. However, Bandai Namco and Dimps, the developers behind the well-received Budokai series, have likely already considered this in their decision to make SSJ4 Vegeta pre-order only.

There is a good chance SSJ4 Vegeta will appear as DLC (Downloadable Content) later in the year for those who didn’t pre-order, and SSJ4 Gogeta is likely to have the same situation. Aspects of GT in XENOVERSE remain close to none besides the Super Saiyan 4 Transformation, but for now players who pre-order XENOVERSE are already ahead of the game.

That pretty much just killed my decision to buy this game. I was on the fence about it because many games lately are half assed bullshit. I didnt hear about the preorder ssj4 vegeta thing so now im shit out of luck on getting him and ssj4 gogeta? Other DBZ games didnt have a problem having like 80 characters readily available for you to unlock in game, why cant this game do it as well? Heard good things about this game too..yet another “next gen” title to be half assed and milk for money especially thru “DLC content” just to get even more money. Im not wasting my money on this bullshit anymore. Too bad too many gamers are stupid and buy into this system that gets companies rich by doing even less work. (The GT saga Goku and Vegeta were my favs so thats why Im quite upset over it and not buying this game) Even if i heard about it sooner i wouldnt have preordered. Im not supporting this gamer extortion system anymore.

SSJ4 Gogeta is in game free, you just have to wish for him, and if you like DBZ or any of the games, this is hands down the best game period, in a league of it’s own, and the game itself is VERY complete, there is no “half assed” “less work,” the amount of detail and content in it is insane. SSJ4 Vegeta is the only thing you’re missing out on, and that will probably be remedied later on, and its not really a big deal since most of your gameplay will probably be your custom character.

Honestly i’m not buying the game now since people get ssj4 vegeta and i cant have him, i didn’t even know the game was out until i saw it in stores this whole pre order thing is ridiculous. It’s honestly a new form of F**Kery in the gaming industry. People basically have to research video games if they want to have content that was meant for the game. I’m definitely out for good, since if they do release ssj4 Vegeta it won’t be until the game is basically 3/4 through it’s popularity life span and since they make every game online now I’d be to far behind to even enjoy myself. People ordering these pre-orders are just as guilty for ruining the industry.
